Being as one of the most important management approaches Total QualityManagement provides companies to access customers in real terms, and also it is the key of improving organizations as a whole. However, it is frequently mentioned that the key of competitiveness in today’s working life is the human resources of companies. Therefore, addressing the effects of Total Quality Management on the motivation this study is quite important because of assembling two significantconcept. When it is considered that this combination is not addressed so much in the literature the importance of the study is increased once more. When the results of the study are examined it can be seen that remarkable findings are found.
