VALIDITY OF THE APPLIED MOTOR TESTS FOR ESTIMATING BASIC MOTOR ABILITIES OF FOOTBALL PLAYERS - U15

The research has been conducted on 120 football players at the age of 15 years. They were treated by 21 motor tests for assessment of 7 hypothetical motor dimensions, i.e. 3 tests for each dimension: movement speed, explosive power, flexibility, coordination, agility, repetitive strength, and endurance. The aim of the research is to assess the validity of the used motor tests. By using the Hotelling factor analysis unsatisfactory validity has been found only for the coordination assessing tests.
