RESPONSE TO TRAINING LOAD IN MESOCYCLE OF THE ATHLETES IN ATHLETIC SPRINTSDOI: 18578152 Keywords: sprint events , training load , mesocycle , the response of the organism , reflective explosiveness Abstract: The paper deals with the response of competitors at sprint events in the age 15-17 years of training load in a two week mezocycle during the in-side hall race period. We monitored the changes in the level of reflective capacity of the lower limbs of the vertical jump test with a counter-point to a high/jump ergometer at the beginning and end of trainings. We studied the following parameters: performance, performance in the active phase of reflection, height of the jump, the speed at the moment when the acceleration finished, acceleration. We discovered fluctuating values at the beginning and end of training. The biggest differences we found in the parameters of the acceleration in the active phase of reflection. After sprint training we observed reduction of performance at the end of training. The positive effect of regenerative training showed up later in delayed effect. We monitored the immediate response to strength training that appeared to be neither positive nor negative. During mezocycle the performance has a fluctuating course. The cumulative effect of training has a positive effect in improving the performance at the end of both microcycle and mezocycle.
