Adaptacja pryzmatyczna i jej zastosowanie w rehabilitacji pacjentów ze wzrokowo-przestrzennym pomijaniem stronnym

This article presents prismatic adaptation, anexperimental method used in rehabilitation of unilateralneglect and some potential directions of future research.Experimental research are not coherent in conclusions,but they suggest positive effects of prismatic adaptation.We are not sure how long this effects may last. Noprevious research explicitly indicate that prismaticadaptation can eliminate symptoms of unilateral neglectin relation to object likewise in relation to observer.Further research is also necessary to indicate if prismaticadaptation can eliminate other, non-spatial symptomsof neglect.
