Ultrasonic Techniques, an Effective way for the investigation of Characteristics of Aluminium Metals

Ultrasonic pulse echo systems are well established tools for non destructive evaluation. The characteristics of Aluminium depend on the composition as well as internal structure of the materials. In this paper an attempt is made to characterize Aluminium metals by ultrasonic Non Destructive Techniques. Sound velocity of various aluminum samples has been recorded before and after providing heating treatment, which is utilized to compare with the composition of Aluminum sample. For this a graphs are plotted, to observe the variation of composition in aluminum sample with sound velocity.
