Work Simplification: The Need for Multitasking Work Places

Work Simplification and multitasking are the terms that are treated opposite to each other. Many feel that multitasking creates stress in humans as the brain is switching between different tasks. On the other hand the technology enabled world, with systems where multitasking have a proven record for effectiveness and efficiency, change fast and the multitasking is needed for success and often the survival of humans in this changing world. This paper presents a new framework where humans can utilize the system approaches in life and where work simplification can be used for multitasking.
