INVESTIGATION OF FORGED DOCUMENT

The hand writing of a person as an integral of his personality large class of students, theteacher by the writing alone can tell which boy or girl wrote a particular paper. It is an everydayexperience for us to get a letter and be able to tell from the writing on the envelop itself, as towho was the writer. When a hand writing is identified in this manner the person who recognizeit, is legally considered to be acquainted with it. If that writing were ever in dispute the personwho could so recognize it, would be permitted by law under section 47 of Indian Evidence Act.
