Analysis to the Culture Shock in Scientific Software Development

In this paper are analyzed two cultures, the scientists who develop their own software and software engineers who develop scientific software, It describes some of the problems that arise when both cultures come together to develop scientific software, and discusses the impact that arises when their representatives intend to carry out joint projects.
