ASPECTE PRIVIND DINAMICA UNOR PARAMETRI AI SPERMOGRAMELOR EFECTUATE IN INTERVALUL 2000-2009 IN CADRUL PROGRAMULUI DE REPRODUCERE UMANA ASISTATA

The number of couples with infertility problems is growing each year. The causes of infertility are both due to male and female problems. This paper analyzes the male partner problems regarding sperm count. The study was made in IVF Laboratory from Bega Universitary Clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology from Timisoara during 2000-2009 period. The following parameters were analyzed: age of the male partner, number of sperms counted by milliliter, separate by each year, volume of ejaculate and mobility of sperms. The general conclusion presented in this paper, which is according with World Health Organization statements, is that the number of normospermic cases is decreasing and there is an important increase of oligospermic cases.
