Estudios latinoamericanos en Polonia

El texto a continuación presenta-do tiene carácter de informe, en el cual se ha tratado de reunir las principales carac-terísticas y datos sobre los estudios lati-noamericanos desarrollados en Polonia desde la perspectiva de un análisis cuantita-tivo de las tesis de doctorado y posdoctora-do (habilitación), escritas en el periodo 1980-2007; y cualitativo, abarcando los últimos cambios legales en la ciencia y edu-cación superior. Latin American Studies in Poland The following text can be characterised as a report, in which the author tries to put to-gether the main features and data on Latin American studies carried out in Poland. This study is based on the quantitative analysis of the PhD theses and postdoctoral works written between 1980 and 2007, and on a qualitative analysis that deals with the latest legal changes occurred in the realm of science and superior education.
