Esbozo para una fenomenología de la palabra y los “actos de habla”; de Aristóteles a J. L. AustinKeywords: Phenomenology , Philosophy of language , Metaphor , Communication theory , speech acts Abstract: This communication try to make a phenomenology of the word and in this sense raise a tour through some features, functions and effects that the language shows. We conclude that the word also represents the world, define and reveal it. We see therefore that the word prefigure the world in which we live. We talk also that the word, as a metaphor, creates new meanings that expand our horizon of understanding. And finally we examine the power of words to do things and to do community. Without pretending to cover all possible directions of the value of the word we believe that this text will serve to know some aspects about the word that our day to day hides without our knowledge.
