New algorithm for computing transfer function from state equation

This paper presents a new algorithm for computing the transfer functionfrom state equations for linear system. This algorithm employs anapproximation method, which uses Krylov subspace techniques for linearsystem. We have focused on the Lanczos-based using the propertiesof Schur complemnts. This approach reduces the computation of transferfunction from state equation for linear system.
