ResumenEl texto recoge, a modo de introducción, una reflexión sobre el concepto del Buen Vivir/Vivir bien, los motivos de su relativo éxito en el contexto latinoamericano y su importancia tanto en el terreno simbólico como en su capacidad de revelar los errores del desarrollo en el sistema mundial. El Buen Vivir/Vivir Bien es un concepto en construcción, y de ahí la importancia de avanzar en la identificación de variables e indicadores que permitan su medición.AbstractAs an introduction, this text is a consideration on the concept of Good Living / Living Well, the reasons for its relative success in the Latin American context and its importance both as a symbolic field and its ability to reveal errors in the development in the global system.
