El aprendizaje autónomo y el crédito académico como respuesta a nuevo orden mundial en la educación universitaria The independent learning and the academic credit like answer to new world order in the university education

Este artículo pretende presentar una justificación desde una reflexión psico-pedagógica del decreto 2566 que habla del crédito académico universitario en Colombia. Tal justificación se pretende hacer a partir de conceptos como: aprendizaje autónomo y metacognición. El decreto 2566 pretende motivar un cambio profundo en la educación superior colombiana, con el fin de que se puedan aumentar los índices de transferencia e intercambio de estudiantes entre universidades del País con otras instituciones, especialmente de Europa; sin embargo, dicho cambio sólo será posible en la medida en que las directivas, maestros y estudiantes incorporen una nueva cultura del aprendizaje, para lo cual es necesario que comprendan los basamentos del Decreto y la necesidad de interiorizar tales conceptos, tanto en las prácticas de ense anza como de estudio y de aprendizaje. También es un propósito darle una mirada diferente al decreto 2566, no ya desde los puntos de vista administrativo y de mercadeo que lo consideran un mecanismo para privatizar la educación y dar mayor cabida de estudiantes a las diferentes universidades. The purpose of this article is to present some analysis of the 2566 decree from a psycho-pedagogical view. This decree talks about Colombia’s academical credits. Such analysis will part from concepts such as: autonomic learning and metacognition. 2566 decree aims to boost some deep changes on Colombia’s higher education, to raise all transfer and interchange indexes between students from different Colombian universities and other institutions, especially from Europe; however, such change can only be possible while board of directors, teachers and students incorporate a new learning culture, for which is necessary to understand the bases of the Decree and the need to internalize such concepts,not only on the teaching practices, but also on the studying and learning ones. This article also aims to give a look to the decree from a different viewpoint to those administrative and marketing that consider it like a mechanism to privatize education and open new spaces for students in different universities.
