PUBLIC SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS’ VIEWS ABOUT ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIORKeywords: Organizational citizenship behavior , public secondary schools , teachers Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine public secondary school teachers’ views about organizational citizenship behavior and whether these views differ according to gender, branch, educational background, age, and seniority. Randomly chosen 286 teachers working in central Kütahya constitute the sample of the study, which is survey model research. The data obtained from the study has been gathered using “Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale”. For the data analysis, descriptive statistics, t test and one way-ANOVA have been used. According to the findings obtained from the study, the participants have a positive opinion about organizational citizenship behavior at secondary schools. Their views differ according to gender, branch, age, and seniority, but not according to educational background.
