Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Vee-Diagrams on sixth grade primary school students’ achievement in science experiments. This study has been conducted in six different primary schools with 393 sixth grade primary school students from the city of Manisa and the district of K rka a by purposive sampling method. A pre-test, post-test and quasi-experimental design have been used in the study. The two instruments (“System” and “Electricity” achievement tests) have been developed to be used in the study. The data obtained in this study have been analyzed and evaluated using analysis of variance (Repeated-ANOVA) and descriptive statistical methods. According to the analyzed results, it has been concluded that using Vee-diagrams in science experiments is more effective than traditional methods on sixth grade students’ achievements in primary schools (for system achievement test: F1,331=66,364, p<0,05; and for electricity achievement test: F1,331=4,900, p<0,05) .
