O investigatie meta-analitica preliminara a legaturii dintre stilul de leadership transformational si performanta subordonatilor evaluata subiectiv de catre supervizori

In this meta-analysis we include preliminary data from 14 independent studies that focused on the relationship between transformational leadership style and the work performance as measured by supervisors’ ratings. Data from 5947 individuals was collected and the results show a positive and homogenous relationship between this particular type of leadership and the employees’ performance as measured by their direct supervisors.
