Infertility may be defined as failure to meet the reproductive function. Statistically, affects 15 % of married couples of reproductive age. Of the 30-40 % males and 40-50 % females are responsible for infertility. The first step in diagnosis of male infertility is semen analysis. Semen analysis is the most important examination in the evaluation of male fertility.
