Reasearch on Personnel Management Problems in Industrial Enterprises Across Lithuania and the Ways to Suggest Innovative Solutions

The article analyzes the issues of personnel management in Lithuanian industrial companies. Some personnel management methods are offered as a solution to the encountered problems.
