Abstract: On the basis of the material that is in the Herbarium of “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Ia i, the paper presents the taxonomic and chorologic revision of 14 genera of Orchidaceae family. Also, it was analyzed the dynamics of specimens entry into the herbarium collection.
