OPTIMIZATION OF THE WAYS OF INVESTING IN THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY

Statement of the problem. This paper merely looks at commercial effectiveness of an investment project based on the judgment that the investor is the one to be held accountable for the cost and quality of services and to stand to benefit from the outcome of the business activities they engage in.Results and conclusions. The main criteria and common principles of their collaborative use are looked into. The terms of the comparability of the investment options and ways to tackle the problem of investment optimization are discussed.
