Evaluation Of Global Enviroment Policies From Global Public Goods PerspectiveThanks to acceleration of globalization process, environmental problems have also get a global characteristic. Global characteristic of environmental problems has also changed the logic to deal and solve these problems. It is understood that to combat with these environmental problems reaching to a substantially critical point and threatening the future of humanity is impossible on the level of nation-state. In addition, it has become evident that to combat with these global environment problems an effective cooperation mechanism in international level should be developed, however, novel type approaches must be adopted beyond cooperation as well. The first aim of this study is to examine the concept of Global Public Goods, Which has come into use in the literature of Public Finance in the late 1990's,in terms of Global Environment Policies.In this repect ,It's going to be explained conceptually that the concept of Global Public Good needs to be used in forming new Global Environment Policies and that the environment is a Global Public Good. n addition to this,The other new current approaches concerning Global Environment Policies will be dealt with Global Public Goods together. The second aim this study is to contribute to the discussion of Global Public Goods Theory ,Which is still in development phase ,in Turkey as well. The study is a theoretical study indeed.That's why It has been benefited from Turkish and English theoretical researches in the discussion of the subject.
