Direito ao Procedimento e/ou Direito ao Processo para a Defesa do Meio Ambiente

This article aims to analyze, in theprocedural dimension, the rights to participationand access to the judiciary, presupposing the informationand the environmental education. In this work, are highlighted the possibilities of effectiveness of this rights in the Brazilian normative system, as well as the public power’s duty ofpromoting the transversality of the environmentalmatter through all the educational stagesO presente artigo objetiva analisar nadimens o procedimental/processual os direitos departicipa o e de acesso ao Poder Judiciário, tendocomo pressuposto a informa o e a educa oambiental. Neste trabalho ressaltam-se as possibilidadesde efetiva o desses direitos no sistemanormativo brasileiro, bem como o dever do poderpúblico de promover a transversalidade da quest oambiental em todas as etapas educacionais.
