Disciplinaridade, Complexidade e Pluralidade Maquinímica: Aportes para pensar o Ciberdireito

This paper aims to analyze in acomplex and transdisciplinary perspective,the plurality in the formation in Cyberspace,outlining, thus, contributions to debate ciberlaw.Indeed, the machine will be addressed ina neovitalista perspective Levy). In this sense,machines are not restricted to a tangle ofelectronic components, but as belonging toto strata such as physical, biological, social,technical, etc, associating itself continuouslywith other types of machines, which wich leadsto the need to think about them as plurality.From this diversity, it is crystallized thereference universe called cyberspace, bringingand legal implications. From this,it arises the need to devise the cyberlaw in aperspective that respects the multidimensionalityand complexity of the legal phenomenoncalled cyberspace.O presente texto tem por objetivoanalisar, em uma perspectiva transdisciplinar ecomplexa, a pluralidade maquinímica na forma ode um Ciberespa o, delineando, desse modo,aportes para pensarmos o Ciberdireito. Com efeito,a máquina será abordada em uma perspectivaneovitalista (Lévy). Nesse sentido, máquinasn o se restringem a um emaranhado de componenteseletr nicos, mas sim, como pertencentesao estrato físico, biológico, social, técnico, etc.,associando-se continuamente a outros tipos demáquinas, o que leva a necessidade de pensá-lascomo pluralidade maquinímica. A partir dessapluralidade, cristaliza-se o universo de referênciadenominado Ciberespa o, trazendo implica esjurídicas e sociais. A partir daí surge a necessidadede pensarmos o Ciberdireito em uma perspectivaque respeite a multidimensionalidade e complexidadedo fen meno jurídico ciberespaciala.
