Homology Modeling and Enzyme Function Prediction in the Hypothetical Proteins of Helicobacter pylori - an Insilico Approach

Abstract:

Severity of Helicobacter pylori (hpy)for human is a present problem and asks for better research to understand the mechanism of pathogenecity and drug resistance. In view, genome data of hpyhighlighted, major regions codes for hypothetical proteins and could be getting involved in the severity of hpy. In decision, web tools like CDD BLAST, INTERPROSCAN, PFAM and COGs have been implemented to search enzyme coding ability in these regions along with PS square structure prediction server for tertiary structure modeling. Study sorted 179 h. proteins to code for specific enzyme based on conserved domain search by programs and 123 structures were builtusing prediction server. Study highlighted and filtered the uncharacterized regions of hpy possessing ability to code enzyme.
