Pleomorphic adenoma (PA) is the most common salivary gland tumor. PA’s originating from minor salivary glands mostly occurs in the hard and soft palate. This case report describes a pleomorphic adenoma diagnosis and treatment found in an older age women, which occurs in an uncommon region-upper lip mucosa.
