Interrupt Based RC5 Remote-decoding Using 8051 μC

Generally used remote decoding techniques are based solely on the concept of polling. Such methods waste a considerable amount of precious execution time in polling. Interrupt based systems can utilize this time for multitasking. This study has proposed a new technique based on interrupts and discussed its possible implementation.
