Problems in Mobile Agent System Security

In spite of its many practical profit, mobile agent technology results in significant new security threats from both malicious agents and hosts. In this paper we explore the approaches and problems of mobile agent system, which shows that layered security and bi-directional model, may be a good initiative to resolve the security problems in mobile agent systems. Other topics about mobile agent security, such as virus detection and constrained execution are also discussed.
