ROBOTICS INFLUENCING HUMAN SOCIETY

Major technological innovations have had influence on human life at many points in history. The invention of the wheel as well as machines that introduced the Industrial Revolution, not to mention the great advances during the 20th century have left traces in our lives and determined the way society has gone since then and will go. This essay deals with one of these determining factors. The history of robotics, including development of industrial as well as civil robots and the advances in computer sciences, gives several examples that have had major influence on society.
