Qualit tsmanagement in der psychosozialen Onlineberatung.

There are many different approaches to quality assurance in psychological and social online counselling at the moment. What was needed was a systematic survey and a comparison of what each provider of online counselling means by quality. In this article, the most important results from a master thesis of the author at Danube University Krems are presented. This thesis was developed as part of the master program "Social Management".
