Comprometimento no Trabalho e o Relacionamento Interpessoal na Cooperativa de Recicladores de Alagoas -COOPREL

This article is the result of research that sought to discover and explain the factors that influence the cooperative to commit to the organization called Cooperative of Recyclers of Alagoas-COOPREL and to discuss if the ideas that underlie the theoretical framework of Solidarity Economy exert some influence on commitment to them. So the findings in this research will be used to analyze the interpersonal relationships between workers, since they cover a way of measuring commitment in the affective approach. At first we discuss the theoretical aspects of the Commitment at Work, followed by discussion of Solidarity Economy, then proceed to data analysis, concluding with the final considerations. Thus, from the accomplishment of this research it was possible to see that the good relationship established between members, ultimately influence the affective commitment perspective, characterized in teamwork, a factor that is considered by Solidarity Economy, as it is not only focused on promoting employment and income, but mainly on the socio-cultural and political development of individuals.
