Kanl ca Konferans Sonras nda Müslümanlar n S rbistan’dan kar lmalar ve Osmanl Devleti’nin S rbistan’dan ekili i (1862-1867)Keywords: Ottoman State , Serbia , Serbian , Migration , Immovable Property. Abstract: After Mihail Obrenovic’s being second head of Serbia in 1860, the stress of Muslims-Christians increased in Serbia and Belgrade Events erupted in 1862.The international conference was held in Kanl ca to resolve the problem and Kanl ca Protocol with 12 articles was signed. In accordance with the articles of Kanl ca Protocol, the Muslims of Serbia’ coming out of Serbia and Ottoman’s destroying the castles of Sokol and Uzice. The Muslims of Belgrade ,Fethulislam, Bogurdelen, Semendire ,Sokol and Uzice migrated to Nis,Vidin, Sehirkoy and Bosnia and the castle of Sokol and Uzice were destroyed. The Serbians considering that the destroying of these castles and migration of Muslims were not enough demandedthat the castle of Belgrade, Fethulislam, Bogurdelen ,Semendire must be granted to themselves. In accordance with the conditions of the age, Mihail Obrenovic was designated to be a safeguard of these castles on the date of 10th April of 1867 and Turkish soldiers came out of Serbia.
