The Teaching Activities and Practice in “Electrical Engineering Practice” Course for Excellent Engineer Education Plans

As a core and obligatory module for the excellent engineer education plan, various teaching modes have been explored and provided regarding the course “Electrical engineering practice” both in teaching theories and know-how skills in order to yield promising teaching results. This paper discussed and summarized the integrated approaches involving in the teaching theory, on-the-spot teaching, and the practice education during the teaching of the course in College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University. The study has showed that the establishment of excellence initiative platform that has broaden students’ horizon and deepened the understanding on theory of motor winding and motor design, has led to significant improvement and held reference value to some extent.
