FOOD SAFETY BETWEEN PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT

Analiysis of key points releted to D.lgs. of November 24th 2007 n. 193 that modify the body of the sistem of control over the Food Safety, abrogating the national regulations regarding the production and marketing of food by animal product; the art. 2, law n. 283 of 1962 and the D. lgs n. 155 of 1977. Analisys of sanctions described on the D. lgs n. 193 of 2007 related to the commission of the illicits in the Pubblic Health and Food Safety sectors.
