Investigation on Teacher Training under Project-based Learning EnvironmentKeywords: Project Learning , Learning Environment , Teacher Training Abstract: This paper examined the effect of UNESCO PBL teacher training program and investigated what problem still exist in the training, and how to improve the following related training. Through data analysis, we found that the training effect is good and proves to be effective. After interviewing with students who participated, we also found that this training is effective. So under the project based learning environment, the teacher training pattern can promote high effective teacher training. In the end of this paper, we discussed some successful factors and the existing problems in the training to provide references for later teacher training program.
