This article is primarily concerned with the management and the share mechanism of academic works. A feasible approach to the mechanism is presented accordingly. The systematic structure compiles records and personal publications of specific domains collected by individual scholars to form a knowledge set for other scholars to use as reference. It not only simplifies the process of data collection, but also provides user-friendly paper-writing functions through the assistance of the system, in order to improve the system's overall research capacity to accelerate academic development and provide a convenient share channel for scholarly publications.
