O MéTODO MACBETH E APLICA O NO BRASIL

This paper presents the MACBETH method and describes its application to support a groupof participants in the Rio Climate Challenge initiative (a parallel event to the Rio +20 Conference) in theselection of mitigation measures, in the light of multiple criteria, to limit the concentration of greenhousegases in the atmosphere at 450 ppm. A listing of other applications of MACBETH in Brazil, developed indifferent contexts, both public and private, is also included.
