There were an estimated 8.8 million incidentcases of tuberculosis (TB) globally in 2010, and1.1 million deaths.1 Eighty percent of male patientswith pulmonary TB are young men.2-6 It wasproved that the tuberculous epididymitis was acause of infertility7,8; the development of infertilityas a result of male genital tuberculosis was alsoreported.9-11 Infertility could sometimes be the firstsign of male genital tuberculosis
