A case report of langerhans, Histiocytosis following Hodgkin lymphomaKeywords: Hodgkin lymphoma , Langerhans histiocytosis , Immunohistochemistry Abstract: The occurrence of Langerhans Histiocytosis in a patient with lymphoma is an indication of complex relationship between these two diseases. These two conditions have similarities clinically and histopathologically therefore. Considering probability of concurrent occurrence of these disease and methods used to differentiated between them, are important in preventing misdiagnosis. These diseases are far apart regarding their treatment and prognosis. Immunohistochemical staining (IHC) is one of the most important aids in differential diagnosis. The probable etiology of these diseases, consistency concurrent occurrence of them is an open area for more research.
