PERSONALIDADE JURíDICA PARA OS GRANDES PRIMATAS

In this work, I analyze Gary Francione s arguments concerning the need and justice of the recognition of the condition of subject of rights to great primates, on the part of the humans, with the consequent attribution of juridical personality to those animals. I add to the arguments of Francione, the concepts of Peter Singer, that give sustentation to his theory, as it admits that author.
