COMBINED-TYPE FAMILY OF ESTIMATORS OF POPULATION MEAN IN STRATIFIED RANDOM SAMPLING UNDER NON-RESPONSE

The present paper focuses on the study of combined-type family of estimators ofpopulation mean in stratified random sampling in the presence of non-response. In this paper, wehave suggested a family of factor-type estimators of population mean in stratified randomsampling under non-response using an auxiliary variable. The properties of the family have beendiscussed in detail. The theoretical results are also supported by an empirical study.
