The Ways to Develop National Educational Qualifications Framework (Branch – Training of Infant Schools Headmasters)

The article considers ways to develop national educational qualifications framework in terms of training of infant schools headmasters. It can be achieved through the development of professional-qualification model of headmaster as an indicator of professionalism and branch framework acquisition. Branch framework characterizes the requirements for headmaster competences and determines readiness for work activities conduct on different levels of continuing education.
