Osteomyelitis Presenting with Cranial Swelling

Aspergillosis is a rare fungal infection with high morbidity and mortality. Aspergillus osteomyelitis occurs rarely and classically in children with immune supressive disease. If there is no history of immune supression, it is necessary to examine the predisposing factors. In this article, we present a healthy patient with pain in the cranium diagnosed with chronic granulomatous disease and aspergillus osteomyelits.
