Caracteriza o de um sistema produto-servi o com base no seu ciclo de vida: análise em um purificador de água disponível no Brasil

The literature on product-service systems (PSS) raises the necessity of carrying out empirical work to contribute to the development of the subject as well as to offer operational solutions. In this sense, the present study presents the results of an investigation of a PSS example introduced in the country. Our objective is to analyze the Brazilian empirical example by relating it to the existing literature. A conceptual model of the PSS life-cycle was proposed based on the literature and is now used to evaluate the example. This model presents stages of creation, development and use of the PSS to demonstrate those aspects of the PSS studied. In addition, the model was a basis for data collection and analysis through interviews with people involved with the development of the PSS. The study stresses aspects of the life-cycle of the analyzed PSS. Despite the positive points that were identified, there is room for further improvement.
