LAS TIC Y LA FORMACIóN POR COMPETENCIAS EN LA EDUCACIóN

The Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), the Competency achievement, and the Distance Education are used as generators of the knowledge, evaluation of capacities and upgrade in traditional ways of teaching. This work provides a conceptual frane of the ICT, of the Competency and the Distance Education (DE). Also, considerations of the integration are made of these three processes (ICT, Competitions, DE) and its applicability in the Universidad Nacional Abierta (UNA) in Venezuela, from several perspectives.
