Una experiencia cubana en la gestión por la innovación desde las patentes universitarias.

Given the current conditions of the search for technological innovation, the authors of this work have considered relevant to propose a solution to the problem of how to transform the inventions patented by the University in technological innovations, in such a way that it encourages academic management innovation. Additionally, in support of this model, it is provided the core content of the techno-economic form, as a methodological resource management that contributes to technological innovation. Since the development of the concordance model the university is assumed in this work as an invention generating institution; the invention as the emergence of a novel idea embodied in a new product or process technology; the patent as the way the invention and innovation can be protected; and technological innovation as the introduction and realization of this idea (invention) in the industrial process in the form of products or processes.
