Retrospective of Formation and Development of the Securities Market Ретроспектива становления и развития рынка ценных бумаг

The article considers the historical development of the securities market in Ukraine and world. A comparison of the domestic and the world securities market has been done. Main features and characteristics of this are discovered. The author's definition of securities is offered according to the results of the content analysis of the points of scientist’s view to the nature of securities. Also the basic requirements for the securities on the Ukrainian stock market are determined and substantiated. В статье рассмотрено историческое развитие рынка ценных бумаг в Украине и мире. Проведено сравнение отечественного рынка ценных бумаг и мирового, выявлены его особенности и характерные черты. На основе результатов проведенного контент-анализа точек зрения ученых на определение сущности ценных бумаг, предложена его авторская трактовка. Также выявлены и обоснованы основные требования к ценным бумагам на украинском фондовом рынке.
