Systematisation of Factors of Influence on Components of the Revenue Side of the Pension Fund of Ukraine Систематизация факторов влияния на составляющие доходной части Пенсионного фонда Украины

The article considers main components of the revenue side of the Pension Fund and reveals that, under conditions of the existing system of personified accountability, a single social contribution is an important source of revenues. It identifies a number of factors that influence the process of formation of the revenue side of the Pension Fund by means of a single contribution. It also builds a structural and logical model of dependence of the volume of mandatory payments on various factors and performs their subordination by levels of influence on the revenue side of the Pension Fund budget. В статье рассмотрены основные составляющие доходной части Пенсионного фонда и выявлено, что в условиях существующей системы персонифицированного учета весомым источником поступлений является единый социальный взнос. Определен ряд факторов, влияющих на процесс формирования доходной части Пенсионного фонда за счет единого взноса. Также построена структурно-логическая факторная модель зависимости величины обязательных платежей от различных факторов и осуществлена их подчиненность по уровням влияния на доходную часть бюджета Пенсионного фонда.
