International Integration Processes of Ukraine under Global Economy Transformation Conditions Международные интеграционные процессы Украины в условиях трансформации глобальной экономики

The article considers theoretical and methodological approaches to revelation of integration aspirations of Ukraine through development of innovation economy by means of establishment of an international financial centre. It considers a mechanism of integration processes of Ukraine under global economy transformation conditions, which envisages origination of the “butterfly effect”, namely: worsening of conditions of integration processes with the Western Europe and “long-term recession” of EU result in a change of the vector of integration processes of Ukraine and its entering in the integration formation Customs Union / Common Economic Space (Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan), using the concept of “window of opportunities”, which envisages close interaction of the system of old and new integration centres, which accumulate financial, intellectual, economic and communication resources and through which financial, commodity and migration flows pass. В статье рассмотрены теоретико-методологические подходы к выявлению интеграционных устремлений Украины через создание инновационной экономики, путем учреждения международного финансового центра. Рассмотрен механизм интеграционных процессов Украины в условиях трансформации глобальной экономики, который предполагает возникновение эффекта бабочки , а именно: ухудшение условий интеграционных процессов с Западной Европой и долгосрочная рецессия ЕС приводят к изменению вектора интеграционных процессов Украины и ее входу в интеграционное образование Таможенный союз / ЕЭП (Россия, Белоруссия, Казахстан), используя концепт окна возможностей , что предполагает тесное взаимодействие системы старых и новых интеграционных центров, в которых концентрируются финансовые, интеллектуальные, экономические и коммуникационные ресурсы, через которые проходят финансовые, товарные и миграционные потоки.
