Research on Evaluation Method of Organization’s Performance Based on Comparative Advantage CharacteristicsKeywords: organization's performance , evaluation method , comparative advantage characteristic Abstract: It was under the guidance of "big unification" thought to appraise organizational performance in traditional methods, in which the same standards are adopted and the characteristics of different organizations aren't considered. A new evaluation method was put forward, in which comparative advantage characteristic of different organizations was considered. The method was verified in an application example. And some analytical conclusions can be used to offer decision support for national relevant departments.
